  • How do I request a quote?

    You can request a quote by contacting us through our website home page (there is a contact form to fill out) , our social media (Comment, Like, Follow, Subscribe) or by phone call/text. 


    We will assess your needs and provide a detailed estimate ASAP. Your time is very important to us. We typically respond the same day that you reach out!

    We proudly serve every inch of West Virginia. We are based out of Charleston, West Virginia and mainly serve the surrounding areas. The surrounding areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Can you beat or match a quote?

    We can not guarantee to beat or match a quote. Some "companies" in this area aren't licensed or insured. 


    When they give you a low quote, it's going to typically be low quality work with it as well. That could possibly be a hazard to you and your community. 


    We try our very best to give you the lowest price and the best quality possible from the start!

  • Can I transfer my gift certificate after I purchase it?

    YES, but the original owner has to contact us and let us know that the certifcate will be used by someone else. We will put the new certifcate's owner into our system. Easy as that! We keep detailed records of how much is left on each certificate. 

  • Can I get a refund for my gift certificate?

    No refunds on gift certificates. You or the person/business/church that you purchased it for can schedule any current service that we offer. Feel free to sell or trade any certificate with friends and family (Just contact us and let us know who you traded/sold/gave it to). We keep detailed records of how much is left on each certificate.
