How Our Pricing Works



        We charge by how much space your junk takes up in our truck — not by the hour and not by the pound.

Our trucks are standard 15-cubic-yard junk removal trucks (roughly the size of a small dump truck — holds about 5–6 full pickup truck loads).

Our crew does all the loading, hauling, and proper disposal. You don’t lift anything. We give you the exact price on-site before we start — no surprises.

Single Large Items

  • Couch, loveseat, or recliner: $79 – $99+
  • Dresser, entertainment center, or bookshelf: $79 – $149+
  • Refrigerator, washer, dryer, or stove: $89 – $119+
  • Mattress or box spring : $89 – $119+
  • Heavy Freon appliances (old fridge/AC): $200+

Curbside Discount — Drag it to the curb yourself: $20 – $50+ off

Load Sizes (most common for bigger jobs)

Small Load (1/8 truck ≈ 2–3 cubic yards ≈ 500 – 1,500 lbs)

Examples: 2–4 pieces of furniture, pile of boxes/bags, old grill + patio set, small basement corner.

Medium Load (1/4 truck ≈ 4–6 cubic yards ≈ 1,200 – 3,000 lbs)

Full bedroom set, half a garage full of tools/boxes, old carpet from 2–3 rooms, storage unit cleanout.

Large Load / Half Truck (1/2 truck ≈ 7–9 cubic yards ≈ 2,500 – 5,000 lbs)

  • Shed demolition & removal (small 8x10 or similar): $599 – $1,199+ (larger sheds or concrete base quoted on-site)
  • Above-ground pool or spa removal: $399 – $799+
  • Small structure tear-out (playset, deck section, fence run): $299 – $599+

Tires (extra charge — added to any load)

  • Standard car / light truck tires (off the rim): $18 – $28+ each
  • Tires still on the rim: $25 – $35+ each
  • Larger / commercial / tractor tires: quoted on-site

Yard Waste, Brush & Storm Debris — priced the same as load sizes above.

Construction / Renovation Debris — $399 – $699+ (depends on weight and volume).

Reusable Item Discount

If we see anything in good shape that we can sell, donate, or scrap (furniture, working appliances, clean scrap metal, etc.), we’ll knock $20 – $100+ off your total on the spot and tell you before we load it.

Two-story houses (up to 4,000 sq ft of surface area):

Patios, Sidewalks & Flat Concrete

  • $0.35 – $0.45+ per square foot Typical jobs:
  • Small patio/sidewalk (200–400 sq ft): $100 – $180+
  • Medium (400–800 sq ft): $180 – $360+
  • Large (800+ sq ft): $360+

Fences (wood, vinyl, chain-link –one side unless noted)

  • $3.00 – $4.50+ per linear foot Typical jobs:
  • Small yard (50–100 linear ft): $150 – $450+
  • Medium (100–200 linear ft): $300 – $900+ (We quote on-site for height, condition, and access.)

Bundle Discount

House + driveway at the same time: 15% off the driveway portion (saves you $50–$150+ easy)

Misc Add-Ons (mailboxes, concrete statues, easy-reach trim, small items, etc.)

  • $85+ per 30-minute block (billed in 30-min increments after main job) (Perfect for knocking out those little extras without a separate trip.)

Other Pressure Washing Services

  • Decks & porches: $0.45 – $0.65+ per sq ft (or flat $199–$499+ typical)
  • Sidewalks & walkways: same as patios above
  • Trash cans / small fleet items: $25 – $45+ each
  • Minimum service call (any job): $150

  • Small yard (under 5,000 sq ft): $49 – $79+ per visit
  • Medium yard (5,000 – 10,000 sq ft): $79 – $119+ per visit
  • Large yard (10,000 – 21,780 sq ft): $119 – $169+ per visit

By Acreage (for bigger properties)

  • Half-acre (21,780 sq ft): $149 – $199+ per visit
  • Full acre: $229 – $299+ per visit
  • Each additional half-acre after the first: $80 – $120+ (volume discount)

Upcharges

  • Hills / slopes / difficult terrain: +15–25%
  • Steep or very overgrown (weeds taller than 8 inches): +25–40%
  • First-cut on neglected yards: +20%
